Redundancy? Retirement? Children leaving home?
I can help you navigate significant life transitions by working with you to reimagine what comes next…
Significant life changes can bring a mix of freedom, uncertainty and possibility. You may be asking yourself what comes next, who you are beyond work or family roles, or how to create a life that feels purposeful, fulfilling and truly your own.
Are you....
…wanting clarity about your goals and priorities at this new stage of your life?
…unsure about your life beyond work?
… feeling a loss of identity and meaning?
…trying to understand who you are and what you want now?
…leaving work early because of redundancy and want to consider what’s next?
…Struggling after your children have left home?
…Wondering what next after divorce or the loss of your life partner?
…Trying to find your feet again after serious illness?
Coaching supports you through change…
Through warm, supportive life transition coaching, I offer a calm and confidential space to pause, reflect and make sense of this new chapter. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, uncover what may be holding you back, and identify practical steps that help you move forward with clarity, confidence and renewed purpose.
Coaching can help you to:
Clarify your values, priorities and sense of purpose
Navigate changes in identity, routine, relationships and responsibilities
Explore meaningful interests, creative projects, learning opportunities or new ways to contribute.
Build confidence as you make decisions about your next steps and future direction.
Strengthen your social connections and create a life that feels balanced and rich.
Develop practical strategies for managing self-doubt, anxiety, or low self-esteem.
Coaching is a forward-looking conversation that helps you reconnect with your own wisdom, strengths and choices. It is different from counselling or mentoring: rather than giving advice or focusing mainly on the past, coaching helps you explore possibilities, set intentions and take manageable action.
Coaching that’s personal, practical and supportive
My role is to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions and gently support you to see things from fresh perspectives. Sessions can help you challenge limiting beliefs, recognise your strengths and create a realistic plan for the life you want to shape next.
